OR you could go stealth , get a van , some cameras , some dark sunglasses and do a stakeout , eat crappy junk food and drink lots of coffee . 

Make it more about a friendship and getting drinks to talk RE, go to meet-ups, and try and get in-person on weekends if folks are going to properties of their own or to showings.

I’ve been researching hard lately and it really is like drinking water out of a firehose!

I often practice analyzing leads as they come to my email, and continue to educate myself, but I have not made the move yet.So, I hear networking is key, but I've been to several real estate meetups in my area and it seems like everyone is there for the drinks or not really willing to collaborate (especially with new and young investors).

Gas, food/ drinks, entertainment, rents, services, etc.

Either way, I'm very thankful and I owe you a drink the next time I'm in Seattle.

I'm trying to get her involved, she can see the success it having for me, and I try explaining how much better it would be if we did it TOGETHER...but I just can't get the horse to drink.
