Cash Flow and Appreciation are enemies - usually the best cash flowing properties appreciate the slowest, High Appreciation properties often don't cash flow-Investing in Real Estate is not a get rich quick scheme - it's a get rich slow plan- Real estate is one of the few investments where time eventually will heal all wounds. 

In the grand scheme of it, that's really all that matters.

In the big scheme of things, it is $500.

It's a long term gain as an investor - not a get rich quick flip / flip / flip type scheme. 

Almost like everyone is a "template agent" that uses the same color scheme, the same branding, same everything, and the individual real estate agent becomes diluted.

I literally spent hours upon hours googling "bungalow color schemes" "diy cabinet makeovers" and the like.

I think the more you interact with people on this forum you'll find that RE is not a get-rich-quick scheme and is really a long-play game.
