If you think that people want to do business with some character with a pencil, a pad of paper and a cell phone, I can assure you that people "smell" money (or the lack of it) and listening to a podcast or watching a webinar does not equip you to be a wholesaler, let alone an investor.My vote is to, at minimum, use a quality service like Freedomvoice or similar and work on your written script in advance of recording.
