As others have mentioned, you're two primary factors when investing out of state include market research and assembling your team of experts in their respective fields.

Find a market you like, assemble your team and just go for it!

It is very difficult to assemble a team from out of state.

From my angle, assembling a team first makes all the sense in the world.

You can assemble a team all individually but good contactors are hard to find or you can work with a pure Turnkey provider like Martel Turnkey or finally find a company that already has the team together and offers turnkey "Services".

I've assembled my lease out of several I've reviewed and ran it by a lawyer so I know this is OK in CO.
