Can someone explain. which platform is more updated and accurate?

Check to see where the owner is at on updating / replacing old UG tanks that need to be replaced with current standards.

I would always recommend looking in areas with turnkeys available, as turnkey is typically easier and avoids getting into large expenses with repairs and updates. 

You can look it up on Zillow for recently updated photos, except for the new painting which was done recently to cover some of the stains.

Please help with some suggestions on how to deal with this or to get the mortgage note updated with the bank.

Now they cannot control when the credit bureaus update, but that should be the least of your worries, your bank should be able to tell you what documentation they'd need from the apartment complex showing they've submitted the tradeline to be deleted and manually delete it based on that.

I plan on updating the whole property and moving into one of the units.
