If you like to invest in the South East then i woudl suggest Crye-Leike (crye-leike.com).

I only focus on landlord friendly markets, generally in the Southeast. 

We used Southeast Mortgage when we did ours.

We invest in DC, Arlington and passively in apartment syndications in the southeast and Texas.

It does seem that there is some inventory in our price point in south Dallas in the Balch springs and Fruitdale areas and also southeast Fort Worth but was curious to hear if anyone on here is investing in those areas or if the neighborhoods are a bit rough.We greatly appreciate the insight and look forward to hearing your thoughts on where you would invest for a buy and hold SFR!

I think fundamentals remain strong in select markets around the country and specifically in the southeast US where our group invests and will continue buying.

There still are markets in the mid-west and south east that will continue to grow and can cash flow well. 

I'm looking more in the southeast, but interested to see what's going on out there as I have a buddy out in Houston who said the market is rapidly expanding.

So after about two years of Massachusetts deal searching part-time with minor success in wholesaling, losing consideration and lots of time on a Middleton condo conversion (could not capitalize), I have the opportunity to do my first flip.....in Maryland.The1986 rambler is 30 miles southeast of D.C.
