As already mentioned, BP does not allow marketing or other promotions in the forums, except the Marketplace.

There is a city sponsored economic development organization, “Main Street” that is focused on promoting business on this street.

As for life style and living, Palm Coast is slow moving community in growth mainly because for so many years the city leaders were very unwilling to promote growth.  

And not-as-easily do it on a property that isn't owned free and clear (I had a URL that talked about that in detail but BP has nuked it as "self promotion" despite the fact there was no promotion on the page, and it wasn't mine. 

If you have a listing you are the only agent that is promoted for that home and people reach out to you directly for additional information.

@Stephen Allen For a small amount like that you can look into a 401k loan, personal loan or open an interest free credit card and pay it within the promotion timeframe as just a few ideas.

So, I think they would promote it well. 

We used the cash dad sent and some credit cards with 0% APR promotional period to buy and fix the property.

Also deployments get in the way and being in my career it takes a lot of off duty time for PT, getting promotions etc...
