This web site is like having thousands of best friends in the real-estate investing feild.

I'd rather gamble with no history than take sketchy history.

I took J up on his offer for the business plan on his web site.

I'm still unsure what my strategy is going to be, but I do know my overall investment strategy will one day involve real-estate, so I'm here to learn as much as possible.I'm also excited to see where my marketing, branding and web design skills can be married to the business/finance skills to be applied leveraged in real estate deals.

I will do some homework on the web but any personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

As far as that web page goes, it simply is not correct.

So kind of confused on if I am holding my criteria very high OR some folks just like to gamble their money into these investments. 

@Angel Gutierrez that reports cites an increase of money spent on gambling as a contributor to defaults on mortgages.
