From reading various forums and watching LLC university videos on youtube, the most common recommendation is you should set up an LLC in the state you will be buying the property.

In Denver, the biggest employers are the airport, hospitals, universities, and financial institutions.

Property Details:2830 N Park Ave, Tucson about 10 mins north of downtown and the university of Arizona.

Which, I'm pretty sure is causing the first floor unit to be even more humid on warm days than it should be.

The market that I am, is so overpriced, usually the seller and I are not even in the same universe, touring is just a giant waste of time.
