We have tried it all from the base up and what we like about this level of laminate is that it lays way easier, goes over minor imperfections without coming loose (there is more room on the laminate for it to lock into the other pieces) and does not need a separate layer of padding underneath it.

Yes, the big-ticket repairs I see in the future are a new roof (next 4-5 years probably), and at least some repair work done to the back deck - it has some rotting top boards, and probably needs a few posts replaced underneath.

The problem is most-likely not a cat urine smell as much as it is cat dander not only on walls and floors, but inside walls, inside the furnace, any type of ducting, underneath the house if is on a raised foundation, in and on light fixtures, in window sills, inside cabinets, underneath cabinets, inside appliance, inside light switches and every place where air can move it.My company specializes in getting rid of odors that are difficult to get rid of.

It was definitely a DIY hack job if you ask me.I can easily pull back the vinyl siding at the trim around my windows and doors, and what I see underneath is more white siding, stained from age and definitely harder than vinyl.My first question is,what type of siding might this be?

Not only did this make turnovers faster and easier (didn't have to wait for laundry to be done), but it also seemed like the sheets were the quickest items to get soiled or stained.
