The quaility of old existing units, and the ability of the long term population to pay new rents, blended with an influx of small high end mill conversion units is simply not balanced.

People are now locating their properties and trying to find people to manage or even if they have tenants, who is paying, who is not and finding the homes to be in sub par condition.

Also, can I stipulate in the lease that the tenant has to maintain the lawn and shovel the driveway and walkways, or am I required to pay a vendor?
