Totally get that the Cape and Islands are their own world (Actually probably 3 worlds...) but they are their own very small world that would probably at best generate a couple posts a year, so this is the only logical place to put them.If this is to many then frankly you keep the 3 eastern ones and collapse Central and Western MA into one.

Hi @Tyler Theisen I'm new to forums but I live on the east side of the state in Spokane, I'm no expert but eastern Washington seems to be very price friendly compared to the west side of the state and if you don't need to live where you invest as much, it is a nice two to four hour drive across the mountain's.

These two building by farrrrrrr, produce most of my revenue and at half the cost it would take on the eastern part of the state.
