It never goes as far as the evection filing but close, past the North Carolina late rent notice and late fee and onto the 10 day demand notice most months which is part of North Carolina legal process.My wife blames me for having approved them and in my heart I know it’s true and right so I will continue to struggle for the rest of their lease and the extended lease I offered when they agreed to start paying on time!
