I figured I should start practicing now, trying to learn to see property the way an investor should, being able to ask the realtor/owner the proper questions, and just to calm my nerves so that when I'm on the hunt for real I'm not so nervous.

i been I nA sign contract with a seller for a home we enter a rent to own Contrat over a year  at $700 a month with $200 going towards the pur base of the house . now she the,t me instead of cal me to tell me she can no longer put the $200 towards the house sh can only do $100 which its not in the  Contract to change ..What are my option on this it was a 15 years contract I fell she trying to back out not behind d In Payments

I think once things calm down a bit she could probably manage remotely if she wanted to, however, I don't think it's something she's interested in doing.

take pics now and send them to her to see the mess she left. that will calm her down, trust me.lastly, let her start the court process, you can always offer to pay her back. good luck!

I work with a lot of buyers and while many are in awe of the "waterfall" counter or the shiny new appliances, some are weary of the possibility of poor workmanship and would rather customize themselves.
