This house was in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed breathing new life into it.

Although my wallet is financially free, my life and living and breathing isn’t free, it costs a lot for us to have that.I sure wish money did set me free but it doesn’t, it merely provides me with just a very beneficial lifestyle.

I couldn’t breathe.

And other than the one condo I bought at foreclosure and the one home I built I have made about 1.685.000 million TAX FREE by just living and breathing and working on the West coast. and I can flat gurantee there are as I say thousands if not hundreds of thousands of west coast folks that have done this well or far better just buying the right homes. 

Seller needed more room to breathe so I negotiated and got him to 196k from 220k.

So holding my breath as I wait.

Personally, I've had success renting units over the holidays, but I've held my breath each time.

I meet people on a rather regular basis who smugly tell me that they have 30, 40, 50 properties and then in the same breath tell me that in order to sell me their building, "Well, I'd have to talk to my investors."
