Everybody was happy on this deal, except for the greedy lender.I’m really surprised how I can make so much money from a $1,500 investment and all the twists and turns it takes before the deal plays out.

That is why intelligent traders are saying that we are overdue for another slowdown.

I used to be a paper equities trader, broker and private placement underwriter.  

So while it might not seem to him like he's being greedy, he may not see it because of that bias. 

You tell your greedy friends that knowledge gets profits, money gets interest.

Don't brag, I really dislike braggers, they are often new money types lacking self esteem feeding an ego, it's an indication of greed and greedy people are often an easy touch in finance.

I am an Energy Trader and my wife works in Tech, and real estate investing has been a part-time job of sorts for us for the past few years.We first got interested in real estate in 2011 because of the dramatic fall in prices that we saw across the country.

Not to get too greedy and prices them to unload .

Its something about email blast that scream greedy to me....i keep my fees fair and low, and my buyers treat my good, so when i do have that home run 40k-50k fee they don't think twice about rewarding me...Id say spend that time finding real players.
