I have particular strong feelings about this, but I may be the exception.The insurance and annuities side of your business will be a very distant next area of importance for me, but for a younger person that needs to provide for a young family without other assets this might be a little higher on the list for them.There is a financial planner in my local market that will also shop insurance providers (including car, home, health and rentals) to find the best value on insurance as part of their service for their clients.

I just handled my father-in-law’s estate and thankfully he had everything (i.e. cars, house, bank & investment accounts, etc) in the trust.

National car rental companies do it all the time. 

When your SF is down for renovation or being marketed for a new tenant, you have $0 coming in but you still have a mortgage to pay, so the month is automatically in the red, not even counting any other expenses, etc..  

We live in a society that you can earn money anyway you can think (driving a car, delivering food, charging a scooter overnight).

I am looking to convert a 3 car garage to another unit in one of the buildings (already has extra kitchen and bathroom).

Where I lived in Encanto, 30 years ago most homes did not have a car.  

That's like saying the criteria for your next car must be pretty, and starts when I turn the key.What is the criteria for a good deal.
