@Chris McDonaldThe problem is after those houses are looted and the copper gets stolen, the tenant's leave it a hot mess etc, they're only worth about 5K at best...and that's if you can actually sell it.

If you keep them on your PC and you get hacked, or if you keep them on your phone and your phone is hacked, lost, or stolen, that's not so great. 

It will cover your things wherever you are, too, such as something stolen out of your car.

I've had tenants who've ignored texts, email, voicemail, door knocks...but within an hour of that notice going up their door (or a certified letter arriving from my attorney), I hear from them (cell phone was dead/lost/stolen, email account was hacked, internet down, they were in the hospital, on vacation, etc.). 

Anyone can cash a blank one if it gets lost or stolen.

You do not have the skill set to survive in this business.Why would you ever have the slightest bit of compassion for someone that has stolen from you.

If you need a custom work, I had one built by an outsource company for my construction and merchandise business before, it was around 20-25k.

And lots of items stolen.

It has a long list of criminal history, from misdemeanor (battery, domestic, theft), to felony (stolen vehicle, drug...).
