What Insulation, spray or regular?

The other tenants want action, so I will pay a local company $450 to come in and spray, but it really wont do anything with that unit is utter distress.

Lawns cut, paint in decent shape, most buildings with windows intact and class-C type cars parked in the roads.If I were investing in D-Town (and I don't because it doesn't fit my criteria) I would try to get the COUNTIES to TAX Spray Paint at the wholesale level.

Get some of the mold stuff from the big box store and spray it.

I have the yards mowed every two weeks, and then I go personally about every 4-6 weeks to spray weed killer. 

Not to mention insulation will need to be spray foamed which is around $10k just for that.

Any mold on any wood areas (smaller amounts), can't I buy some mold killing spray? 

If your contractor is good at finish work they are some times a good deal but they need to be thoroughly prepped by sanding and filling blemishes and should have a quality spray finish applied.
