I’ve had master keys for almost all of our locks since the earth cooled, but technology has definitely changed, and so have landlord style locks.

We are panning on using a  Home Style Renovation Conventional Loan which requires 15% down (of the overall construction and renovation amount)  The construction cost are part of the loan.

Also, while I completely agree with you that a wet grass short cut is on the tenant in terms of responsibility, I had one slip IN THE RAIN in a garden style open building and still got $75k in settlement.
