Their monthly overhead should/could be close to $10k.So you can see why GCs need to carry multiple projects in order to survive, let alone prosper....especially when working for Investors who are notoriously 'frugal' (being kind there)Treat your GC with respect, pay them well and they will be your biggest asset.There are posts every day asking for Contractors around the country.
