We have made some solid connections here and have invested in this area only as our vision is to have a positive impact on the community here through real estate.

I’m trying to create my plan and work backwards kinda like the vivid vision , this is something I’m trying to create in the next 5 years, I’m looking for any advice and tips on how I can make this goal happen.

@Logan Reinard,I wouldn’t discount the odd floor plans if they can be fixed with a good vision.

Start with a big visión, a clear one, then back into how to achieve a small part of it, today.

Do not loose track of your vision.

Investors who understands and has the vision to see special sector needs.

I have vision for interior work, but I have no vision for how the outside should look.  

I have been reading forums and listening to the podcast for a good while now and am super excited to say after working and really pushing to make the vision I had when I first started learning, I currently have my first deal under contract!

They help sell the project and paint a vision of future sales as they typically are the ones driving the sales.
