You can go to the web sites for some of the rental companies in Ypsilanti and a few have their leases posted, which is probably true for a lot of property owners in college towns.Our current lease has evolved over time.

That is, no easy way to have one bank account and multiple files.If QB would allow you to load up multiple files and switch from one to the other much like we switch between web pages using the tabs at the top in our browser it would avoid the "...click on File and previous company file to go back and forth to each company".

Trouble is, all the ones I've seen thus far want 12% interest, at least according to a couple of web sites I checked. 5% I could see, but 12%??
