Mold on every surface, mold behind every wall, mold on the insulation, every metal corner bead rusted out, window sills rotted out, framing rotted, floor joist rotted, holes in the floors, no cabinet or door attached, plumbing leaks, tub cracked, rats/cockroaches, cat pee everywhere.

As you'll read in the attached link the process can take years.  

Rather than steering you towards a specific facility, I'd recommend looking into the Florida Panhandle, Kissimmee, Miami, and Tampa as viable areas.

Working with our 2 existing PM's I've made a very detailed list of what I must have from any PM I work with, PO's, estimates with attached photos of front of unit, posted address, and damage.

The rental license attached to it is still active for another 5-6 months or so under my name.

It already has a JADU (attached studio) that rents for $1350 for 350 sq ft with private washer/dryer and all utilities paid except internet.

I also thought I’d seen some ads for adding elevators that attach to be outside of houses “relatively” cheap.
