I agree, much to that point, but I was told a long time ago that belly-aching about a problem doesn't do anything without providing a solution to that problem.I'm sure there will be changes to these issues in time. :)

New Bldg Inspector arrives & decided to flex his flaccid muscle. 

It is free for my purpose - invoicing and taking ACH payments, which are deposited into my bank.  

Flex our creative muscles and offer to pay his back taxes off in exchange for tenants in common 50% stake with the disclosure of house must be sold in 6 months to 1 year.  

Now that rents are exclusively done ACH and owners are paid that way as well as statements being emailed (or available immediately for preview) it seems rather old school. 

To tell you to look for hard money investors but dont tell you how and why you do those things.If success where certain and my mentor told me it would make me a successful investor to do 500 jumping jacks a day then do a back flip at the end of every 10 i would have very sore muscles!

I never was a car enthusiast but I enjoy looking at muscle cars.

Now, all our tenants are required to authorize an ACH withdrawl/debit on the first of the month from their checking account for the term of the lease before signing the lease.

It will save me heart-ache and head-ache through others experiences.
