The better and faster you are at communicating, the happier everyone is.

Now, here I wish the story had a happier ending, in that I used that for the first down payment on a house hack.

Happier with a higher rate to limit that risk. 

Someone lying about that, either outright or by omission, would put a really bad taste in my mouth if I was a renter.

I'm sure Uuuhhh won't be able to keep his mouth shut, so every time he interrupts me during the telling of my side of the story, the judge should be more on my side.Back on December 6, I had posted his door with the updated lease page saying that yes he does owe his trash and sewage bill. 

If not for my prop manager, this would have been a really challenge, but could have left such a bad taste in my mouth that it would have been hard to continue.. things are tough enough as it is right now. 

I'm not suggesting it will get to that level, but has the making of something special and the local government I think is frothing at the mouth to put a hurting on rival state California and the exodus they are experiencing!

I’ve had good success using Home Depot’s pro referral site when I can’t get a word of mouth referral.

Also why leave a bad taste in someone’s mouth just to keep $200 of a$1XXX deposit.
