Here is a few zoning descriptions taken from the city MIami 21 ordinance with a few exceptions:T4-R: authorized by a warrantT4-L / T4-O / T5-L / T5-O / T6-L / T6-O / CI-HD / D1 allowed rightT5-R / T6-R: permitted by exceptionApplicants can "apply for a warrant" by doing a search in the city of Miami website and follow the city permit application process.
