With the way my brain is wired I like to have a moderate amount of organization and structure.

Honestly these type of marketing only works when you can keep up for an ongoing 6 months or so at the minimum.It takes time, money, organization, but in the end you are marketing to the same lists that you and a million other wholesalers are trying to do.

There are online platforms that will help keep your landlord duties organized, such as avail, buildium, appfolio, etc.
