What are other unique out of state costs that natives don't have to pay??

Wenatchee is also located in the heart of recreation, world class rafting, hiking, boating, climbing and 2 ski areas makes this area highly desirable to the PNW natives.

I am a phoenix native and love our city.

I'm a Wyoming native.

However, they are native to the city and very well connected.

And as far as it being okay with fair housing - my point was that if you bend the rules now for anybody - black, white, gay, Section 8, Asian, Native American, huge family, whatever - and you decide you want to go back to your original criteria - you might not be able to.  

I know lots of native English speakers with limited reading and writing ability who sign contracts and leases.

Unless they work for an employer that speaks their native language.
