Huge incomes, new cars, multiple horses.

Not really wanting to kick this dead horse again, but I have LLCs that hold title to my commercial properties / multi's over 5 units.  

I realize that I have the cart before the horse a bit but I had no way to know I would stumble on such a great property. 

You can also just call the USDA Extension office, ask for the lending side and get information from the horse's mouth!

Whether or not pursuing a breach of contract claim is worth the time, money and sleepless nights, we’ll that is a horse of a different color.  

There is nothing wrong with continuing to use it, but I would put some other horses in the race. 

Beach and maritime themed decorations if near the ocean, moutainy stuff in the mountains, spurs and horse shoes in the southwest/desert, etc.

Not to beat a dead horse but I’m another supporter of the luxury vinyl flooring.. easy install, cheap and durable

Fannie Mae acts as the stalking horse and buys them for face value if no one else bids- which is every single time- because after sitting for between 2 to 10 years, even the better ones are getting musty and moldy inside.
