Needless to say im skeptical about the age of this building.

Needless to say, we're not making money on this, the market (house values and rents alike) are steadily going down and  now we can't even sell it because we're underwater - unless any of you have a creative solution for us? 

So the houses renting for $1,300 to 1,400 need a lot less maintenance than the ones renting for 1,000 to 1,100.To me, its because the nicer homes (that are getting higher rents) need less repairs and have less turnover than the lesser homes.I just don't see the numbers adding up to support that my 1,400 rentals have 750 in expenses compared to my 1,000 rentals having 500.Maybe if all my houses were of the same age, that may be true.

Needless to say I hired a company for $250 and got rid of the problem.Then a week later I came home and the entire unit was 2 inches deep in water and there was water gushing out of the kitchen pipes.

Needless to say the place is disgusting.

Just bought our first flip home....needless to say, it was a challenge to find home owners insurance.

This is a classic example of creating more work for yourself needlessly.
