I repainted the interiors, landscaped the yard with drought resistant plants and a drip system, reconfigured the fencing to separate the two units for better privacy and yard space for both, and added a concrete deck for the ADU.

I did a renovation to the interior of my house, did not do anything to front facade, fixed and stucco the facade on the back of the house.The appraiser/lender, I believe is leaning towards exterior only, but I think my interior is better and it will not be included as part of the appraisal, and I believe it will hurt my valuation.
