Auction sales happen all the time and allow minimums down and you can get financing etc.In Georgia at the foreclosure at the court house steps you have to have all cash right then.Sure cashiers check etc. but you get my point.I went to these for a few months before.90% is overpriced junk and then there might be a few gems with multiple people bidding on them with cash.Many times here it works better for it to foreclose and get the bank down real low in price as an REO instead.
