Just curious as I supply the lumber and plywood for the rough carpentry section (untreated, PT and FT) for large projects across the nation.

Hello all,  I'm doing an approximate 1200 sq ft DIY install of Lumber Liquidators Tranquility XD LVP 4mm flooring over a concrete slab.  

It's nothing more than charity.I don't mean to unload on you I just strongly question landlords that operate under the delusion that  below market rents in some way are a positive for their business.

Every item I mentioned before was delivered to that property by either amazon or wayfair and was unloaded and set up by either my contractor or my housekeeper.

FYI Interesting segment on 60 Minutes tonight on Lumber Liquidators - Chinese made floor boards with very high levels of formaldehyde.

Just saw a news report on CNBC saying LL is to stop selling Chinese laminate due to a high level of carcinogens. Does anyone know which model/brand this flooring is? I am wondering if they will reimburse customers to...

I am planning to use “Visade” brand from lumber liquidators.

There are a lot of other strict rules for FHA financing on a condo (in regards to the condition of the HOA and % of non-owner occupied condos in bldg) which might play some into your decision if you're looking into unloading the unit at some point.If the numbers work and the location is good, it is a very viable approach though.

Many local lumber yards do this if you buy all the materials from them or normandy.com does it.
