So far I’ve read both of David Greene’s excellent books, Brandon Turner’s rental property investing book, and a few others but the list of must-reads remains long and I’m so thrilled to get to them.

I love the job and scope of work, but I am not thrilled about the 7:30am-4pm schedule every single weekday!

I talk to a lot of people at auctions and seems like the general consensus from whoever the authorities are at the auctions like appraisal district or tax collectors is that they're not thrilled with online. 

In fact, @Terry Portier, I think I recall a thread where you were saying how it pissed you off when people wasted your time bidding projects that you didn't get -- based on that, I would think you'd be thrilled with any client that gave you 1/3 to 1/2 of the projects you bid for them.

I am not thrill about paying the 5.75 interest only for the LOC, but the equation/number still works, and I am able to continue to grow my portfolio.

I feel it's easier to work in new markets note investing, and if so i'm thrilled to hear its going great for you, I wish you the best of luck!
