I am repeating discussion and not knowledgeable about sump/septic issues although I am certainly learning now.Septic person has suggested using a camera to see where lines drain to. 

The TV shows fail to show the bankroll behind the deal, the number of contractors working when the camera is not rolling and the issues that invariably come up on a flip that were unexpected.

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the cost. 🎤 ⬇️

Do you have external cameras on your properties?

YES have the camera, but don’t look at it.
