Getting saddled with the desperation of a parent who wasn't supervising their kids and some bad luck has just killed their kid ... it gives you a few insights into things. 

Just curious, do you have different GCs for different areas or how do you supervise people?

Which leads me to my question, does anyone know or recommend brokers in the Wichita area that are investor friendly (i.e. willing to supervise my deals?).
