Here's a new spin on direct mail marketing that has been very successful for me and others I know, this company www.CallerTech.com tells you a persons home address, home ownership status, market value, social media links and a lot more from just knowing thier phone number.Here's what I have been doing, when someone calls on my listing I use it to find out everything about the caller that I can, if I see they are a home owner and I know they are thinking about buying a new home they will need to sell their current home so I send them a listing proposal ASAP.
