Hi, I'm new here but my husband has been talking about this site for years (he just recently became a realtor).

Not sure what other sites I should look at.

Professional investors do this by sending thousands of mailers to distressed property owners, or building local "We Buy Houses for Cash" websites that rank well locally in search results. 

To recap: Be extremely cautious with flat fee MLS sites that only refer business to other agents.Bonus PointsYou should also consider the ease of use of the flat fee MLS listing provider, for example, can you complete everything online?

Find the web site, search the property  

Some sites have data on specific locations because they are STR hot spots.

Living on-site will have you being interrupted with door knocks on a regular basis.Now, if your PM is mediocre or worse, plan on doing a lot of learning or find a better one.   

Some sites require asbestos testing and/or possible environmental testing as well where demolition occurs. 

For example, an RV Park that also had a restaurant on site and this qualified the applicant to go through SBA.  

we have seen this before with folks on BP.. this site used to be pretty anti paid any kind of training that has now all changed.. there is nothing different from this guy than any of the other paid gurus not that its a bad thing.. but just keep in mind they make their money selling their information.
