I would pretend I didn't have it and learn how to make it in this business in a single local focused market without it.   

People on BP already complaining that they are seeing less and less opportunities in their markets (strange that, tell everyone your strategy and your neighborhood targets and it attracts more people - it's a bit like telling people your darkest secrets and suddenly wondering why everyone now knows your darkest secrets).But the real long term money is becoming a realtor, and then maybe a broker if you really hate yourself.For a very simple reason: people in the RE business (not pretend investors) get to know about stuff before it hits mls. 

It's not doing anyone a favor to pretend to agree with such ridiculous statements.

People take for granted that you either won't check or that you will only call their good friend who can pretend to their employer.Enough about me...what have YOU found people lying about and how have you tweaked your system so you can better screen tenants?

I’mAll about building a team and all but so many people in my industry are fake and no nothing about insurance but yet want to recruit and pretend to be some expert that will teach you how to make millions.

Finding out that the speakers/presenters and/or other visitors are totally clueless morons who have never closed a real deal in their life, live on the second floor of their mom's house, and are up to their eyeballs in debt yet they're trying to pretend their REI gods and know what they're talking about.
