I'm now figuring out how to gather 15 people on a Thursday morning. 

Just curious as I have no idea who they are so I can’t comment on them but wanted to check in to make sure people do more than just a google review and have done thorough research.Great post earlier today about the dos and fonts an investor had and lessons learned.

A lot of people were sad to see him go, but it hasn't changed much. 

I suggest looking into local investing groups on Facebook to connect with more people in your specific area

I would like hear the experiences of people that have done it.

I can't image people are really using it on a large scale.Last night I decided to try the bulk upload tool for the first time, a list of about 400 leads, from an area 2 hours from me.

I don't have airdna, but i did come across one that similar tool that showed these stats for free, and even showed some of the houses people were trying to sell exclusively on these platforms.

People drive 10 to 15 minutes more, and have a better experience.Also there are traffic and parking requirements.

I'd suggest meeting people in person and investing in B properties or better in growing markets.
