I am planning on using it to buy multiple properties in AL, TX or OH and wanting to use the BRRRR strategy on these homes.  

Explain to them your plan and see if it is something that would be entertained and if so what the process will be.

I have no plans to invest in here.In Midways I'm investing mainly in OH but I'm thinking of other cities/states around Lake Erie.How about you?

Talk to some small contractors and ask them  if they know anyone that can do plans.

I guess everyone has their own game plan but there are states that are offering huge ARV potential and cash flow options. 

Our partner lives in North Dakota, the STR is likely to be in Florida (I plan to shop after BPCon 2023) but we are planning for the LLC to be in CA due to their fee collection.
