I hate to go through more upset then necessary, I already have to go to the Grand Jury on the Extortion case next week, so if I can give him a 24 hour eviction for the Extortion I won't have to procrastinate over the Stalking Protection Order any more, which would be a relief.

They are proposing a landlord relief fund with comes with terms of no rent increases for 5 years, the government has first right of refusal if you sell and you must offer the property to section 8 programs first.

The Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007 covers the deficiency judgment for only primary residences, so unless your leads are okay with eating the difference between short sale and mortgage amount, I would not in good conscience recommend them to try and short sale a secondary residence unless the payments on the primary were suffering as well due to documentable hardship.

You also have to deal with state laws.There is usually some relief granted to people raising small amounts of money, but in most cases you still need to end up filing something with someone so the powers that be are on notice of your activity.Now, am I suggesting that everyone who is raising money is doing this?
