Even people who can still afford to vacation will find a less expensive/more accessible place to go.Or, as @Lucas Carl mentioned, large properties designed for groups will probably take a big hit, as it'll be harder for all parties to spend the money to vacation together.I feel pretty secure with mine.

Roof size approx 2700sq feet- gaf woodland lifetime designer shingles (gives the slate look similar to what's on the house) - If I choose plain architectural shingles, I'll save 2k- TPO PVC flat roof over 10x30 extension- soffit & fascia repair and replace where necessary (some of the soffit wood has gotten rotten and would need to be replaced)- chose copper valley instead of aluminum (said I'll save $500 if going with aluminium)- plywood mostly in very good condition because of great original quality of the wood (said I'll probably only need 3 sheets replaced)- replace downspouts where necessary, maybe he'll replace 1-2- install cobra ridge vent

However, partnerships, S-corps, and C corps require an additional tax filing, plus there are wage considerations that go along with the S-corp and C-corp designation, all of which you might not feel is worth the effort of managing.My advice is to schedule time with a tax pro who (a) has expertise in business returns (not all of them do), and (b) does tax planning (not all of them do) and have them help you map out some scenarios to decide what structure will best fit your goals and strategy.
