Around other areas like the southeast side or east side of columbus , anything on a main road in my opinion should be looked at differently than the neighborhood behind it.

And the swamps between coastal and southeast could go either way;)

I rather invest in markets with less extreme swings than more extreme swingsAll things being equal I prefer the south east versus the mid-west - I  think there are good demographics shifts there over time happening there.How is the state policies towards landlords - I prefer landlord friendly states / markets versus tenant friendly.
