I'm sure you have a lawn mower.All you need to do is pound the pavement, send out flyers in the mail and spend couple hundered on an ad in the newspaper for 3 or 4 weeks.I know it sounds crazy but you can probably charge $30-50 a lawn, thats the going rate up my way where the lawns are fairly big.

Sounds like your agent is playing a risky game and if I were the sellers agent, I would be inclined to tell you to pound sand just on general principle.

Yes there are 3 ways you can do business there.Take the listing and market the heck out of it and spend thousands and hope you can work the seller down over time to close.Out of so many listings you take some will come in line and others will tell you to pound sand and take off the market.If you track your numbers and the large transaction closings still give you an excellent profit margin than it will work doing it this way.

It is often unsettling to spend that kind of money for a room that is obviously very 1965 on the inside with paint slapped on it and some vinyl flooring, and the furniture looks like an episode of Saved By the BellWhat's even more annoying is how they have their staff come pounding on the door at 9am when check out ain't for 2 hrs and you're trying to get that last hr of sleep in.

The individuals from these firms that speak to the tenants do not threaten, however their size (6'5" or more) and weight (300 pounds plus), facial scars, tatoos and overall persona convince all but the extremely stupid that leaving is a good idea.
