Arms hitting 5%, seems to be creating a temp uplift.

If it's social security or through workman's comp, it could be a temp situation.

@Mike Reynolds Don't be messing with my dream ;) I can handle a flurry or two and long as the temp averages 60+ which it seems like that is the case from everything I have seen...I will put up with 60 :)  Connect with me on FB and what not so we can stay in touch.

I am partly (temp) closed for now after 20 years straight.

You would run the machine for awhile, maybe even 24-48 hours, with the AC on recirculate but a rather warm temp, 75-80° and house sealed.

Want a flat, bike able area with cool temps.

I'm sure I will feel much better in the future when my dumpy little L.A. house's property taxes drop from three times as expensive as my Tempe house, to only twice as expensive. ;-)

. -90F temps, -60F every year. 10 month winters, 3 week summers.

My first few properties will be in the Tempe AZ area and I'm also looking at FL, TN and Ohio.

Most the time there is just trucks parked in the Tesla spots, lol.those super chargers your talking about are for cross country travel.. they are on every major north south and east west interstate.. that allow you to go from super charger to super charger with no worries.. some cars with the bigger battery capacity can leap frog the ones with minimal battery will make  1 more or maybe 2 more stops per 600 miles.. depends on temp and terrain..
