I have first hand seen with my own two eyes ssi give a check to a "payee" who had been reported as abusing that position and for a solid year taken every dime of a young women's check and then brought them enough hot dogs for them to eat for a month.

I just wanted to take a moment to reach out and thank each and everyone of our brave young men and women that have taken it upon themselves to service this GR8 Nation.

Most women say it will only be them and their kids living in the place, but rest assured that  is not true!

As several above have stated, if you have Class A properties, you can easily manage remotely if you embrace technology and solve the maintenance issue.Regarding the fees you quote:1) Placement Fee = 1 month of rent.

And yes exploring new and interesting real estate deal potentials in interesting places along the way, it's an addiction, I just can't turn it off and my wife has started to embrace it vs fight it now giving a day or two on our trips to stop by some realty offices and go look at properties, lol. 

I just want to keep pushing remote options so that we don’t only hear from a vocal minority/loudest person in the room, when many others are impacted.We being African American people, POC as a whole, and women (with or without husbands supporting the venture).

Both women reaching out to Morris for the problems they encountered to no avail, but both contacted by Morris in an attempt to sell more properties.
