First week I made $25, carrying a 25 pound case door to door in 95 degrees and 80% humidity in Louisiana.

A foreclosure sale which is later overturned  becomes an unwanted cost and time sink to the county, to the former owner, the new purchaser and to the courts. 

If there's snow on the ground or it's bitter cold, you'll probably be sitting in your office working over the phone or email versus pounding the pavement with showings.

I know I most likely have no recourse other than to pound dirty until they’re out but if there’s any helpful advice out there from more experienced investors I’ll gladly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

I want to help investors like myself create even more wealth with real estate, and too many Realtors are penny wise and pound foolish IMHO.

Sure, it turned out fantastic on my first try thank you very much, but I lost 20 pounds doing it - no joke - worst experience of my life and I actually enjoy physical labor (it's the damn edging sanders).
