Ive spent my entire career, sorry, life embracing hard and impossible tasks.

Once I got over the traditional thinking process that many of us grew up with and embraced the modern REI mindset of leverage and equity growth, I was able to pursue REI.

I would avoid areas with a high concentration in anyone industry, for example, Orlando has a high concentration in the tourism industry and when Covid hit they got crushed. 

Why do you think this shift has occurred in an area with more rentals, tourism, government, and military than the rest of the country?

This is the one that Jesus embraced.

Now their way of life, fishing and tourism, is being destroyed.

There seems to be a lot of properties on the market since it's the slow season, so not sure if now is a good time to actually pull the trigger since it may not be until March or so when tourism picks back up. 

I'm not completely sure about the downturn, but can speculate that the tourism industry suffered during the recession, but seems to be rebounding pretty well now.I was just throwing it out there on posting those properties.

I don't fear a bubble, I embrace it.

It requires a different attitude in business than what a widget industry may embrace.
